Excellent Stay Near Chinatown
great location friendly staff
The location was AMAZING! I easily walked to hip restaurants and the bustling hawker center. The staff proved very friendly, and the air conditioning was effective. The shared kitchen had snacks, tea, and crackers available.
I found that internal hotel noise easily traveled into the room from the corridor. People walking by sounded like they were inside my room. Installing door rim seals might help reduce this.

great location many cafes free beverages
The location is fantastic! I found many little cafes and restaurants around it. Two hawkers are nearby, so options for all budgets exist. The hotel provides tea, coffee, and water all the time.
Internal hotel noise was loud. Corridor noise carries into the room.

fantastic stay at this gem
excellent location laundry machines helpful staff professional service
i appreciated the location as a base for exploring chinatown and downtown. it's near the chinatown hawker complex and backs onto a greenway. laundry machines were available, costing s$10 for both wash and dry. soap was provided. i found the staff very helpful and professional.
Rooms facing the street can be very noisy because of nearby pubs and restaurants that operate until midnight. Music and conversations are clearly audible until 1 am, particularly on saturdays.

My room included a comfortable bed with good sheets and towels. The space was clean and tidy upon arrival, and overall spacious. the room offered ample storage with a safe provided. the room ensured a pleasant environment.

Excellent Location and Facilities
convenient location shared kitchen
The hotel is in Chinatown, near many food options. Two subway stations are within walking distance,. I found the shared kitchen and lounge area especially useful. The hotel provided laundry facilities, a plus during my travels.

I found the location great. It was close to chinatown and near to the mrt. i also appreciated the free water. the staff seemed super friendly to me.

glass jars kitchen facilities corridor noise toilet area
the staff were cute. kitchen facilities were fabulous. the hotel provides glass jars to refill at the water refill station. i also liked the fast elevator.
The room was noisy with internal hotel noise. corridor noise carries into the room. the bathroom did not make the best use of space, especially the toilet area. It was very tight.

fantastic chinatown stay!
easy access nice room
the location was very nice with easy access to restaurants and shops. the staff provided very good assistance throughout my stay. i appreciated the free upgrade to a nicer room it was spacious even though compact.
the room walls were a little thin i could hear some noise from neighbors. it made it a little difficult to fall asleep early because of the sounds but it wasn't a huge issue.

The room design felt spacious despite it being compact. It included a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. there was sufficient cupboard space and a useful mini fridge inside the room. amenities included a kettle also.

the staff was very cute and helpful . they were available to answer questions and provide assistance when needed. i got quick support and efficient service whenever required.
